Wellness Concepts began its journey in 1999 as a pilot program in a corporate cafeteria. Amie Hoffman, then a Foodservice Director in Business Dining Services, combined her passion for great food and nutrition to create a series of interactive, culinary-based nutrition education programs to support and promote healthy eating practices in the workplace. In 2000, Amie became a Registered Dietitian in order to gain the knowledge and clinical expertise required to provide dietary interventions and effective science-based programming. Today, with almost 20 years of experience in both business dining and corporate wellness, Wellness Concepts is one of the largest providers of customizable, on-site, comprehensive wellness solutions using the strength of over 800+ Registered Dietitians and healthcare professionals nationwide.

Wellness Concepts develops and administers practical, user-friendly corporate wellness solutions that educate and empower employees to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Programs focus on key areas of well-being, including disease prevention, nutrition and weight-management, mindfulness, stress management, financial well-being and sleep health.
